The Law Society of British Columbia Benchers’ meeting was held on Friday, March 1, 2019, and was attended by BCPA’s President, Michele Ross.  A Resolution was passed to establish a “Licensed Paralegal Task Force” to further develop the work of the Alternate Legal Service Provider Working Group.  We will continue to keep members informed as to developments that unfold with respect to licensed paralegals.
