RE: Associate Judges Feedback
The BCPA is sharing important feedback from Associate Judges in that a number of the digital binders being submitted are not adhering to the format as directed by the court.
There is potential in the future that the court may reject digital binders that don’t adhere to guidelines. The following are a few specific examples that they have encountered: binders that do not have hyperlinks from the Table of Contents to each individual document, incorrect page numbers, and still submitting as individual PDFs rather than a single binder.
