They are all around us, shuffling into every aspect of our lives and professional lives. Now they are filling up our calendars as clients and witnesses. The ELDERLY! They are separating, cohabiting and remarrying. They are looking for contact time, or to be appointed guardians of their grandchildren or other minor relatives. In estate planning, they have granted property rights to their own children who are embroiled in their own family litigation. They are respondents when others make claim on their property. We need to assist them in dealing with their families and protect their interests.
