The personal injury landscape in BC continues to change but that does not mean personal injury practice is about to disappear any time soon. Cases in the pipeline will continue to be litigated and questions of law and practice will continue to be important. If you are a personal injury litigator, this conference is still your must-attend event of the year.
As with past conferences, the centrepiece will be the comprehensive Murray Jamieson case law and legislation update.
