We invite you to join Land Title and Survey Authority of BC (LTSA) Registrar of Land Titles Larry Blaschuk for a presentation on an update within a variety of topics related to land title practice, including policy updates, recently launched and new initiatives, system enhancements and more!
LARRY BLASCHUK
Registrar of Land Titles at the LTSA
Larry Blaschuk is Registrar of Land Titles at the Land Title and Survey Authority of BC (LTSA), responsible for ensuring the integrity of records in the land title register. Larry joined the LTSA in 2008 from private practice as a solicitor and as corporate counsel with one of BC’s leading registration service providers. He has extensive real estate and corporate/commercial practice experience serving both commercial and residential clients throughout his career. Outside of the LTSA, Larry is active in the community, coaching track and field since 2006 and attending the 2008, 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games and numerous World Athletics Championship with his athletes. Larry obtained his LL.B. / J.D. from the University of British Columbia.
