The BCPA's Professional Development Committee are excited to offer our third        Professional Development Course of 2020 on the topic of "Land Owner Transparency   Registry (“LOTR”).

Course Outline:

  • The requirements for filing to LOTR 

  • The information that will be collected about interest holders, including corporations and limited companies, individuals and relevant partnerships

  • Who can access the information in LOTR

  • Who is enforcing LOTR, and penalties for non-compliance 

  • The timeline for launching LOTR

  • When the LOTR database will be available for public search

  • Demonstration of the process to file with LOTR
