Ommi Health is a locally owned boutique company specializing in functional capacity evaluations, cost of future care assessments, life care planning and medical-legal consultations in the fields of medical malpractice, family/estate law, personal injury, disability and employment. Our evaluations are conducted by registered Occupational Therapists with extensive experience, offering comprehensive assessments that address physical, cognitive and mental health aspects. The company’s founder and lead occupational therapist, Simone Szarkiewicz, is a certified life care planner with specialized training in both physical and cognitive functional capacity evaluations through Roy Matheson and Associates. She has been recognized as an expert in occupational therapy, cost of future care, functional capacity evaluations and life care planning on numerous occasions.
