Fertility Law is a rapidly developing area of law. With infertility rates rising and family structures changing, more people are turning to assisted reproductive technologies or third-party reproduction to build their families. In this presentation, Fertility Lawyer, Melissa Salfi, will provide an overview of Fertility Law and the role of a Fertility Lawyer.

Melissa Salf
Melissa Salfi practices Family and Fertility Law at Crossroads Law in Vancouver, BC. She is an accredited Family Law Mediator and certified Collaborative Divorce practitioner. Melissa is passionate about helping individuals and couples build their families through third-party reproduction. In her Fertility Law practice, she prepares Surrogacy Agreements, Sperm Donation, Egg Donation, and Embryo Donation Agreements for intended parents. She also regularly provides independent legal advice to donors and surrogates.
