Paralegals are now a tradition in most BC law firms. This seminar looks at how the role of the paralegal in British Columbia continues to evolve as the trends in our industry change. Where are we headed? The importance of maintaining one's personal health, both physical and mental, and how that translates into a healthy working environment will be addressed. We will also be looking at new areas of practice with the explosion of social media as well as interpretation by the Courts of new legislation relating to personal injury almost one year post April 1st.
