TLABC IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE BCPA: 2021 PARALEGAL SEMINAR - RISING ABOVE ADVERSITY

2020 was an interesting and difficult year, to say the least! This half-day seminar for paralegals and legal assistants looks at the relationship between the law and the legal profession – from the perspective of practitioners in family law, immigration law, indigenous law, animal law and personal injury law – as they relate to various current issues, such as COVID-19, Black Lives Matter and Indigenous Rights (including trauma-informed practice), as well as how to cope with the anxiety of 2020 and the uncertain future and how to build resiliency.
