“Substantive Law, Summary Trial Rule 9-7”

This course will offer a deep dive on the substantive law as it relates to summary trial, including the importance of proportionality, factors to consider, the rules and evidentiary criteria in preparing Affidavit material, conflicting evidence and credibility issues and much more.

For those who work on files that may require a trial date for resolution, this course is for you. With over 60% of matters proceeding to court by summary trial in BC, this is an opportunity to have a solid understanding of Rule 9-7, including trial rules.
