"Smart Forms" for the New Supreme Court Civil & Family Rules
The Ministry of Attorney General is developing "Smart Forms" for the new Supreme Court civil rules and Supreme Court family rules.
The new forms will be available on the ministry website in June 2010. Before they come into effect July 1, 2010, you may wish to familiarize yourself with how the new forms will work. Sample versions of five of the new forms are now available at: http://www.ag.gov.bc.ca/courts/other/supreme/smart-forms/index.htm
