CLEBC - Introducing Evidence at Trial

CLEBC's publication, Introducing Evidence at Trial, made its debut in 2007, with a second edition published in 2013, and since then has become a trusted resource for criminal and civil litigators in BC. In this course, you will solve specially designed problems based on select topics from the handbook. This course was originally offered in October 2014 and was very well received by members of the litigation bar. This second iteration of the course will once again bring you up to speed on how to manage the most important types of evidentiary problems you are likely to face in practice.
